Hi KZ folk! From time when I try to join a server with a new KZ map, this map has to be downloaded from the web. My console shows me errors though when attempting to download maps. (see image below) I looked into several fixes, one being setting the max download size to a bigger value in launch options. This did not resolve the issue, because most of the maps are already smaller than the default max download value. It used to work fine when I played KZ more often (about a year ago) this popped up quite recently. If anyone had this issue before, feel free to let me know any solutions (if you found one ofcourse) Cheers! YMAR
To whoever finds this thread in the future, YMAR posted on discord that faceit anticheat was the issue. Turn it off and restart your game.
