It's super frustrating to be the only one on the server doing a really long map and getting kicked off because it takes away the extend option after 2 votes.
This is so no one else is stuck on the same map when they're done or don't want to play that map. It would be unfair if people couldn't play a different map even after hours of waiting because a single person wanted to finish it. If you really want to finish it, you could pay for VIP to get access to the vip server(along with other benefits), go on when no one is there, and start running your map. We have this unspoken rule that we shouldn't rtv on the vip server if someone is running because it would be inconsiderate to deny someone's privilege that they paid for. There is also unlimited extends.
Do you want color to be on for a whole day? Because that's how you get colors to be on for a whole day.
While we're on this topic an option that makes you automatically vote for extending the map time would be pretty neat.
I definitely agree, you should be able to extend multiple times. I've seen several examples where 3 players start up colors_v2 and 2 of them leave after the first extend. A player connects and votes to extend as he tries to complete the map. It isn't fair to the new player as some of us aren't available to connect to a long map right off the bat. I'm suggesting that we add a flag system where certain maps (like colors_v2 or cursed journey) can go longer then the 2 extends, but once all players leave the server it auto changes. The problem has never been people remaining on the server. It's people connecting after the map has already been on for a while. With this change, you would mitigate the problems of a players inability to finish the map in a timely fashion AND remove the possibility of the map remaining on the server for an entire day.
