HoC #2 - bhop_areaportal_v1 timer is broken

Hello,

I wasn't sure whether to put this in the server or map section, as it's a problem with a specific map, but I only play HoC #2 so I don't know if it's a problem on both servers.

On the map bhop_areaportal_v1, the timer will stop about halfway through the map. For example, it just happened to me at the red moving platform about 30 minutes ago. This is not the only location at which it does this. This has happened to me every time I've tried to complete the map in the last month or so, making one of my favorite maps unbeatable.

Please fix this!
