I'm not sure what the cause of this is but the RTV minimum on HoC3 and HoC4 seem extremely steep. With 20 people on the server through status in console, it asks for 18 votes, in smaller amounts it basically requires everyone to rtv which is a bit ridiculous. I'm all for requiring a bit more to RTV but this feels like a bit too much.
Thanks for the suggestion. The previous RTV limit was at 90%. I've adjusted the servers to 70%. We'll try it out for a while and see how it goes.
