I think that pros should get noclip for two reasons. 1. If you've made it to the best rank on the server, I believe you've probably earned it. 2. If you've made it to the best rank on the server and still haven't got VIP, there's a much lower likelihood that you're going to donate for VIP anytime soon/at all.
IIRC this wasn't possible unless you gave it to everyone who finished the map, which is why it wasn't implemented. Could be wrong though but I remember we talked about it.
Since there are so few people with the pro rank, what if we just manually gave them noclip? If someone got pro, they could tell an admin or tell kask directly, we could then check they're profile to see if those points were earned through challenges or not and determine if they got pro legitimately. Only thing is, I think anyone who is given noclip manually would have to be given the mapper tag which isn't ideal.
This. I requested noclip for Pro to be added to KZtimer like a year ago, never came about. This. In the past I have provided some Pro players w/ the mapper tag as an added perk for spending time on our servers.
Paging Klyve.. Also, can I get hit up w/ that mapper tag since I'm ranked [PRO] on hoc and have actually made maps that have gotten on the global maplist, hoc main servers and hoc test servers(<- this one isn't much of an achievement, but still) ?
kz_kzinga is on hoc servers and global kz_construction isn't but it is global kz_void is the one you just put on the test server

He updated the translation to say that. Maybe he updated the plugin himself? No clue, but it's not changed in the official release.
Isn't that just the standard message for when noclip is enabled on servers? I've seen that message on other servers for a long time.
Oh you're right, it does. I missed the fact that the file was calling a variable for Pro, no clue why it does that. "You must finish the map or be ranked as {3}, MAPPER, VIP or ADMIN to use +noclip"
Weird, I always thought it gave it to Pro ranks by default. I have Pro on 3 other servers and every one of them gives you noclip.
They're probably servers that give noclip to people for just finishing the map. On HOC we don't want that. Currently there's no way of picking who gets noclip out of all these ranks, it's just a enable/disable thing iirc.
