Deadtalk disabled

    Deadtalk seems to be disabled on KZ EU #1, we can't talk to alive players whileist spectating.

    That's odd. I've loaded a plugin that should fix the issue. It will take effect on next map change.

    Let me know if it's still broken.

    Seems to be fixed, will report if it happens agian.
