HoC #2 point system

    The new point system sucks.

    Improving runs give nothing.
    There is no reason for people in the middle of the pack to stay and improve their time.

    Your best bet would be to post on https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=223274 so that the developer of that plugin can see and read it.
