You misunderstood. The heavier weight on the extend option would cause extend to always win if it's 2 people.
I'm already looking at the RTV plugin. Someone I know just pushed some updates into it, and I think one of them was weighting the extend heavier....
The plugin does that automatically, but it's a bit buggy, so it doesn't work for everyone. I'll see if there's a way to fix it.
